Ludovic, the canoe instructor is waiting for you at 10 a.m. sharp at the aquatic base . He will take you to Villeneuve-sur-Tarn then unscrupulously drop you into the meanders of the river for a 13km descent. Enjoy...admire, swim, say hello to the carp, the dragonflies, the kingfishers. Don't forget to paddle a little anyway and keep your eyes peeled: the hamlet of Gaycre, the schist cliffs and the view upon arrival over the Ambialet peninsula are well worth a few strokes. Don't panic, Sunday athletes! Ludo also offers half-day walks.
